After a rebrand and name change, Coviance (formerly Lenderclose) needed a strong voice and brand messaging to carry them forward. They wanted to communicate their mission to perfect home equity lending so lenders can focus on what matters most, the borrower’s experience. They also needed to compete with bigger, more impersonal fintech companies in the space, through their configurable workflows, data-driven decisioning intelligence, and greater speed and efficiency for clear-to-close hours.
I helped them position as bringing the power of a fintech with the heart of a community bank, writing copy for use across all platforms, from website to social media, advertising to public relations.
