In a few short years, Quicken Loans heavily invested in Detroit neighborhoods, but after a series of very public marketing missteps (and resulting backlash), they needed help explaining how a for-profit can also be for good. Benefitting not only shareholders but also employees, partners, vendors, and neighborhoods.
